Today's tip is about how you can learn to improve yourself as a blogger by reading other successful blog and blog tutorials. There are a number of blogs whose focus is to help other bloggers improve their blogging skills, including the technical, the writing, the appearance, and the traffic aspects. By improving yourself as a blogger, you will increase the chances of others returning to read your blog, as well as attract new bloggers.
Here are some of the non-genealogy blogs I read to improve my blogging skills:
Blogger In Draft - the latest in Blogger's beta program; this week they mention a dictionary icon in the editor's toolbar that is fits well with my tip from last week. (If you're a WordPress user, you might want to subscribe to WordPress's Development blog.)
Daily Blog Tips - lots of great ideas here...every day!
Tips for Bloggers - although there hasn't been a new post since May, there are a lot of useful tutorials here!
I also read the following genealogy blogs that have great ideas for blogging and tech tips:
Geneabloggers
Family Matters
There are many great blogs out there specifically written to help other bloggers. If you have a favorite, please leave the name and link in the comments below to share with other readers.

Thanks for the link to Daily Blog Tips. I follow Blogging Tips. Sometimes the things they cover are way beyond me but they have several authors and I often learn something new.
Thanks for the link, Apple...I'll have to add it to my Google Reader.
