Arizona State University Libraries: Online Collections - - includes pioneer biographies, photographs, family collections, Chicano Research Collection, Native American photographs, and a pictoral history of ASU

University of Arizona Library Special Collections - - includes the Arizona-Sonora (Mexico) Documents Online, Civil War diary of Alexander Bowman, oral history project, and family papers

Northern Arizona University - Cline Library Colorado Plateau Digital Archives - - thousands of vintage and contemporary photographs, diaries and letters, oral history interviews, films, and maps which document the history of the region and NAU

The Heard Museum Library and Archives - - images, historical photographs and repository guides of archival collections; future additions will include select museum publications, audio and video files

Arizona Memory Project - - over 59,000 digital items related to Arizona history and culture in over 80 separate collections - includes town histories, oral histories, photographs, railroads, biographies, information on two Japanese relocation camps, mining, court documents, maps, Harvey Girls, community college archives, pioneer projects, military images, Native American images, Phoenix Jewish News Photographs Collection, and images of the Diocese of Tuscon

Arizona Genealogy Birth and Death Records - Scanned images of birth certificates from 1855 to 1933 and death certificates from 1844 to 1958


 Casa Grande Public Library Digital Archives - - four digitized newspapers from Pinal County; plus the Daily Laredo Times from Laredo, Webb County, Texas
